These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Linneo Vision application (“App”) provided by Linneo (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Use of the App
1.1. License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal and non-commercial use.
1.2. Age Restriction: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 13, please do not use the App.
1.3. User Accounts: Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for any activities that occur under your account.
2. User Content
2.1. Submission of Content: You may submit, upload, or post content through the App, including but not limited to text, images, and videos. By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.
2.2. Content Restrictions: You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on third-party rights, or offensive.
3. Privacy and Data Collection
3.1. Privacy Policy: Our Privacy Policy, available at https://mylinneo.com/privacy-policy-app/, explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Updates and Changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, with or without cause and with or without notice.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
6.1. No Warranty: The App is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6.2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ozaukee County, Wisconsin.
