Mr. Kasten is an accomplished leader whose career in the managed healthcare industry spans 30 years. He is the founder and co-founder of several organizations which have evolved to become part of SKYGEN USA’s suite of world-class solutions. He also co-founded Doral Dental USA and grew the company to a market-dominant position before its sale to DentaQuest Ventures. Mr. Kasten continues to provide vision, strategic direction and creative support for functional design innovations to the Enterprise System, SKYGEN USA’s proprietary software platform.
Prior to launching his entrepreneurial career, Mr. Kasten served concurrently as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of CareNetwork, Inc., a publicly traded regional health plan later acquired by Humana. Mr. Kasten holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Marquette University and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin.
Mr. Kasten was honored as Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young in 2003. In 2005, he was named a Distinguished Alumnus by the Marquette University School of Business Administration.

In his most recent corporate role he served as Executive Vice President- Chief Operating Officer for Aflac U.S. in Columbia, SC. In that role he was responsible for all Aflac U.S. operations, had P&L responsibility for Aflac’s Group Insurance

Mr. Lebish has served in multiple executive leadership roles during his 40-year career. In his most recent corporate role he served as Executive Vice President- Chief Operating Officer for Aflac U.S. in Columbia, SC. In that role he was responsible for all Aflac U.S. operations, had P&L responsibility for Aflac’s Group Insurance products, and was responsible for building and growing Aflac’s broker sales channel in the U.S.
Prior to that Dan served at Highmark BCBS for 16 years. For the majority of his tenure at Highmark he was Chairman and CEO of United Concordia Dental and HM Insurance Group with P&L responsibility for $3 billion in Dental, Vision, Medical Stop Loss, Life, Disability, Workers Compensation, and Voluntary Insurance products. During his time at Highmark he also served as Executive Vice President – Integrated Delivery Systems and CFO of Allegheny Health Network where he participated in leading the building of Highmark’s new provider organization and related Integrated Delivery System. In addition he served as Highmark’s Senior Vice President of Business Development for over seven years where he was in charge of developing and implementing plans for market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and new product development.
Prior to Dan’s tenure at Highmark, he was Executive Vice President – Medical Delivery Systems at HealthAmerica/Coventry Health Plans. Dan began his executive management career as CFO and Vice President of Administrative Services at Magee Women’s Hospital for 15 years and as a consultant at Ernst & Young.
Dan received his masters in Health Administration from Ohio State University “a long time ago” and his BBA from St. Norbert College prior to that. He has actively served on multiple boards including The Columbia YMCA, Central Carolina Community Foundation, Claflin University, The Greater Pittsburgh YMCA, Carlow University, and WQED Multimedia.

Mr. Dickson has over 10 years of experience in benefit administration and technology in the healthcare industry.

Mr. Dickson has over 10 years of experience in benefit administration and technology in the healthcare industry.
Prior to working for SKYGEN USA, he spent four years serving in the U.S. Navy during which time he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. After leaving the military in April of 2010, he joined a Milwaukee-based software development company that would eventually become the technology provider for SKYGEN USA. Within fifteen months of leaving the military he earned an MBA with a healthcare concentration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
In his role at SKYGEN USA he was initially responsible for special projects like software implementation and workflow development in Southeast Asia. Later, he was a key contributor in the implementation of SKYGEN's largest SaaS client, a national provider of vision insurance. He participated in the design and development of key system functionality and integration points.
More recently, Mr. Dickson was a manager in SKYGEN's innovation lab. He was responsible for finding and pursuing new opportunities that leverage existing technologies to create new revenue streams. During his time in the innovation lab he led or assisted in projects ranging from paid claim analytics for pharmacy benefits to bundled payments for outpatient surgeries.
Mr. Dickson brings experience in the vision insurance industry and the knowledge required to implement the workflows and technologies needed to create a truly virtual insurance product.
